Barnes & Noble at LSSU will host the Sault Area Chamber of Commerce monthly "Business After 5" today. Everyone is invited to attend, come wander through the store and talk to LSSU employees and students, and community members. Come meet LSSU President Thomas Pleger and the LSSU Board of Trustees. They plan to be at the store from 5-6 p.m.
Feel like volunteering? Come out and help the LSSU Volunteer Center complete 300 bags for the Chippewa County Council on Youth and Families "Little Wee Ones" project. These bags are given to parents who just had a child in the tri-county area and are full of free stuff and information.
All high school students and their parents are invited to attend the annual EUP College Fair hosted by the LSSU Admissions Office. Representatives from more than 25 colleges and universities will be available to answer questions about applying for college, campus life, financial aid, and academic programs. Many academic departments from LSSU will be there. This is an excellent opportunity for students and parents to explore higher education options after high school!
