LSSU's employee Worksite Wellness Program announces another exercise option for members: Drop-in Exercise Training Sessions. Participants will get education, motivation and exercise training all in one session. Drop in times are open twice a week, from noon-1 p.m. on Tuesdays and 5-6 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Exercise Science Performance Training Laboratory, room 213 B in the Norris Center. The drop-in exercise sessions provide personal training benefits in a group atmosphere, and are designed to provide a full-body workout that incorporates all of the components of fitness. Participants will learn new exercises and get help to ensure they are using proper exercise techniques while working toward individual fitness goals. Individual exercises will be chosen based on a person's current fitness level, fitness goals and exercise training experience. Participants will be provided with an exercise log to record each session. Must be a member of the Worksite Wellness Program to participate.
