Student Employment Opportunity: Bay Cliff Health Camp

10:00 AM until 11:00 AM


Description: A representative from Bay Cliff Health Camp will be on campus today to talk with students interested in working at the camp, located in Big Bay, Mich. This is a great opportunity for teaching, social science, pre-med, nursing and exercise science students to gain experience. The positions offer salary and room and board.

The Affordable Care Act and You -- A program for students

12:00 PM until 1:00 PM


Description: Students studying management will be presenting a program on the Affordable Care Act and how it affects students. All students who have questions about healthcare coverage are welcome. The program is sponsored by the LSSU Student Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and the LSSU Health Care Center. Refreshments will be served.

Ciara Aisling Designs Fort Brady Jewelry Collection on Display

1:00 PM until 3:00 PM


Description: Ciara Johnson, a junior at Lake State, will be introducing her Ciara Aisling Designs at the Kenneth J. Shouldice Library Art Gallery. Her first jewelry design line is the Fort Brady Collection after LSSU's prior identity. The open house will be in the gallery from 1-3 p.m. on March 22, but the jewelry will be on display through March 28. Everyone is welcome.

Seamore Shuttle

6:00 PM until 10:30 PM


Description: The Seamore Shuttle is a free service provided by the LSSU Campus Life Office that takes LSSU students downtown and to places on the business spur, including Varsity Cinemas. Pick-up and drop-off is at the Walker Cisler Center. Shuttle runs from 6-10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 1-4 p.m. on Sunday.

Lake State Theatre Company presents Beyond Therapy

7:30 PM until 9:00 PM


Description: The LSSU Theatre Company is proud to present Beyond Therapy, a hilarious play highlighting social miscues and mishaps set in the 1970s. Filled with slapstick comedy and absurd humor, this play is sure to have you in stitches for its duration. Beyond Therapy contains adult language and content.
