Edye Nichols is a Sault Tribe Elder who specializes in satin appliqué and ribbon work. She has been involved in making Native American regalia for more than 30 years. Her work can be seen at the Shouldice Library gallery this month. Join us at the Native American Center, where we'll be hosting a reception for Edye to welcome her to campus and show appreciation for her work and contributions to the community. Our main dish will be Indian tacos.
