This event has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We hope to reschedule in the future. LSSU Health Services presents Bonnie Raffaele, an LSSU adjunct faculty member and mother of Kelsey Raffaele, who died Jan. 24, 2010 in a fatal car accident while talking on her cell phone. Bonnie established the KDR Challenge to educate people about the dangers of distracted driving and is pushing the Michigan Legislature to pass Kelsey's Law, which would make it illegal for young drivers to use cell phones while driving. Join us for a candid discussion and learn how 10 seconds can change your life and those around you. Light snacks and refreshments provided. Also, we will have a basket to raffle after the discussion and you must be present to win. This event is open to all, so please spread the word -- the more who attend, the more lives we may save.
