A RESOLUTION TO: Purchase pizza and pop for the Student Government Student Services and Concerns lunch with commuter students in the Peacock Cove
Pizza: $5.00 per pie x 8 Pizzas = $40.00 for pizza
Pop: $1.29 per 2 liter x 8 Bottles = $10.32 for pop
WHEREAS: the Student Services and Concerns Committee cannot further fulfill its constitutional duty of addressing the student body needs, if Student Government and the Administration do not know what they are
REALIZING: the student government should be responsible for seeking the students if the students do not seek them
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED: that the Student Government allocate up to $50.32 for a commuter student lunch.
