Michigan Indian Tuition Waiver - REQUEST for Waiver at LSSU

To qualify for the Michigan Indian Tuition Waiver at LSSU, your current MITW verification from the Michigan Department of Civil Rights & proof of Michigan residency must be on file prior to the start of the semester you wish to use it.

NOTE:  Waiver requests will NOT be honored after the semester “CENSUS DATE” (the last day of the 100% add/drop period).

If you wish to use the waiver for the upcoming semester and have not filed a FAFSA or already requested the waiver, please complete the email application below and submit it to the Financial Aid Office.  Check your Anchor Access account to make sure that your application and proof of Michigan residency (if required) are already on file. If your waiver does not appear on your Anchor Access account within three days of submitting this request, please contact the Financial Aid Office.
