Anonymous HIV Testing and Counseling

There is no charge for HIV testing. The service is provided by an HIV counselor at the Health CARE Center. This service is provided by appointment only.

Anyone being tested will be asked to sign a consent form and to select one of the two privacy options:

• Anonymous
  No personal identifying information is collected or recorded
  No record of the results is entered in your medical record
  No copy of the results can be provided
  
  
• Confidential
  Personal identifying information is collected
  Results will become part of your medical record
  You can request a copy of your results
