Activities on and off Campus:
I'm involved in Rho Chi Omega, LSSU Psychology Club, LSSU Rec/LSSU Intramurals. I work off campus one day a week at the Dollar Tree and I also will be working in the Learning Center this fall as a tutor for PSYCH101.
Favorite thing about Lake State:
I love how small the classes are and how friendly the professors are.
Best thing about going to school in Sault Ste. Marie:
I love the diversity among the students. Because we are so close to the boarder, we offer share classes with students that hold Canadian citizenship. Everyone here is very nice.
What are some “Words of Wisdom” you would give to new LSSU Students?
I would say to get involved and find your place on campus, and make a difference. Don't be afraid to let your voice be heard.
Favorite Thing to do in the Soo:
One of my favorite things to do in the Soo is to visit the animal shelter. I love how friendly the staff is there.
"I’ll be beginning medical school at Wayne State University beginning the fall of 2009 while participating in the U.S. Air Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program. Upon receipt of my MD, I intend to enter into a residency in family Medicine and afterwards practice as a family physician in the U.S. Air force."
