Alum Success

Dominic Sorrenti

"The Exercise Science program at LSSU definitely prepared me for a career in the clinical field. The background experiences that I attained from my placements and internships helped me spearhead the development of a cardiac rehab program in Sault Ste Maire, ON. I feel that my degree at LSSU paved the way for my career today."

What will I be doing during summer camp evening recreation if I stay on campus at LSSU?

Visit the Soo Locks, go out for ice cream, view a show at the planetarium, play basketball, racquetball, swim and much more at LSSU’s Athletic Complex. Your evening counselors will have many activities planned for the week during summer camp. Some activities have a minimal cost to the camper.

What supervision will there be?

A camp counselor will participate in all activities with the students. We provide 24 hour supervision to our resident plan students while attending our summer camps.

What if the Summer Camp I sign up for is full?

If the summer camp is full, we will notify you and place your name on a waiting list. Otherwise, we can help you find another summer camp offering that may interest you. All money will be refunded if an opening doesn’t become available by the start date for the summer camp offering you requested.
