DANCE OF LIFE – Lake Superior State University Dance Company members perform a piece called Holy Ground, an original work choreographed by LSSU student Kitty Drockton, during the “Dancers Against Cancer” fundraising program held Oct. 8 in LSSU's Arts Center. The company provided a short performance and led dance and movement sessions in jazz, jive and yoga. The benefit, co-sponsored with LSSU's Alpha Theta Omega sorority, also included information on cancer and disease prevention, as well as breast cancer screening and cancer detection.
