Life in the Sault

Sault Ste. Marie Michigan, established in 1668, is home to over 13,500 people who reside in the Upper Peninsula. Often referred to as ‘The Sault’, Sault Ste. Marie is the oldest city in Michigan and among one of the oldest cities in the United States. The Sault provides four beautiful seasons to enjoy, along with breathtaking scenery at every turn.
