John-Paul Chalykoff is an Assistant Professor in Anishinaabe Studies at Algoma University in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He is a member of the Michipicoten First Nation. His work focuses on utilizing music and puppetry to encourage learning and retaining the Anishinaabe language.
