National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) requests applications for the Capacity Building Grants for Non-Land Grant Colleges of Agriculture Program (NLGCA) for fiscal year (FY) 2017 to make competitive grants to Non-land Grant Colleges of Agriculture (NLGCA) Institutions to assist the NLGCA Institutions in maintaining and expanding the capacity to conduct education, research, and outreach/extension activities relating to agriculture, renewable resources, and other similar disciplines. The anticipated amount available for grants in FY 2017 is approximately $4.7 million.
